PRIVACY & ACCESS · OCTOBER 2026

Your information in Enselivo

This notice describes the information used by this version of Enselivo. Your choir administrator handles membership and choir content. The service operator handles setup requests, hosting, maintenance, and support. Use the contact details provided by your choir or the service operator for questions about your information.

Signing in and joining a choir

ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier, display name, and email address. Signing in does not by itself grant access to a private choir. An invitation and an active membership determine which choir and groups you can use. Enselivo stores your choir role, voice part, and group assignments.

The hosting and sign-in services process information needed to operate the service, including account, session, and technical request information. Their own privacy terms also apply to the information they process.

Choir information and who can see it

Enselivo stores choir settings, uploaded files, music details, events, announcements, invitations, attendance responses, feedback, and practice or rehearsal entries you choose to create. Members receive published material assigned to their choir and eligible groups. Draft material is restricted to authorized choir staff.

Choir managers can see membership details, attendance responses, submitted feedback, rehearsal logs, and administrative activity such as uploads, publication changes, and membership changes. Personal practice notes and confidence entries are shown to the member who created them in the normal choir views, rather than to the whole choir.

Requests to set up a choir

If you submit a choir setup or demonstration request, the service operator receives the contact and organization details you provide so they can respond and arrange setup. A request does not create a paid subscription, send invitations to singers, or grant access to another organization.

Feedback and optional notifications

Feedback is visible to the member who submits it and the choir’s managers. A manager may record a response in the app. Only include information you want those managers to receive.

Browser notifications are optional and depend on service configuration and device support. Enabling them stores the browser’s delivery endpoint and encryption keys and associates the subscription with your choir membership. Notification messages use a general choir-update description; open the app to read the underlying material with the appropriate access.

You can disable notifications in the app or browser. Permissions and subscriptions apply to a particular browser, device, and site address; turning them on for one device does not enable them on every device.

Scores, recordings, and downloads

Private file requests are checked against choir membership, publication status, and the file’s audience and linked piece or event. Administrators choose which groups receive material and whether a download button is available. A file shown or played on a device can still be copied or captured. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled by unpublishing a library entry.

The public Harbor Voices demonstration uses fictional choir information and original example materials. Those demonstration files are public and do not contain another choir’s membership, scores, or recordings.

Export, corrections, and removal

Choir managers can export choir records and file metadata as JSON from Settings. This export does not include the score or recording file bytes, invitation secrets, or other members’ private practice notes. Keep permitted copies of original uploads separately if you need a complete file backup.

Account removal concerns your Enselivo profile and memberships, not your ChatGPT account. Choir owners must transfer or delete their choirs first. Shared choir materials and some activity records remain with the organization; profile removal is not a promise that every mention of a person in shared content or a setup request is erased. Ask the choir administrator or service operator about corrections or remaining information.
