SERVICE & ACCESS

A clear start.
A shared understanding.

Here’s how this release works, what a setup request does, and what your organization needs to get started.

Start with your organization.

Enselivo brings scores, recordings, rehearsal dates, updates, and group information into one organization’s app. Administrators manage the organization’s name, logo, colors, groups, published content, and member access.

The public demo uses fictional sample content. It is a place to explore the member experience before you request your own organization.

Guided setup starts a conversation.

The setup form saves the details you provide for the service operator to review. It displays a request reference when the information has been saved. Submitting the form does not create a choir, send an activation automatically, take payment, or begin a subscription.

The setup scope, any price, included services, and renewal or cancellation terms must be agreed separately before a paid arrangement begins. This website does not currently collect payments.

Access is by account and invitation.

This release uses ChatGPT sign-in. Members need an invitation to their organization in addition to a ChatGPT account. Simply signing in does not provide access to another organization’s information.

A new organization’s first administrator receives a single-use activation link from the service operator. It is tied to the agreed administrator’s email address and expires 30 days after issue. The administrator must sign in with that email and create the organization before the activation expires.

Roles and group assignments govern the material members can see and the actions administrators can perform. Ask your choir administrator if you need an invitation or a correction to your access.

A web app for everyday use.

Open Enselivo in a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Compatible browsers support adding the web app to your Home Screen or creating a shortcut. A native Apple App Store or Google Play app has not been released.

An internet connection is required. This release does not cache scores or recordings for offline practice. Browser notification support depends on the device, browser, site configuration, and permissions; it is separate from the updates you can read inside the app.

Your music, with the right audience.

Upload material your organization is authorized to share. Associate scores and recordings with their pieces and groups, then publish them for members. Linked library, piece, and rehearsal views use the same shared resources.

Review the audience before publishing. Permissions do not prevent an authorized viewer from copying or capturing material they can see or hear. The organization remains responsible for its scores, recordings, and sharing permissions.

Make the transition deliberately.

Begin with your current season, groups, next rehearsal, and a few representative pieces. Check the experience with an administrator and an ordinary member before inviting the full organization. Agree what will be migrated and where future updates will be published.

Accounts, notification permissions, and subscriptions from an existing system do not transfer automatically. Files that still link to the old system need to be reviewed before that system is retired.

Questions about getting started?

Tell us about your organization through the guided-setup form. For an existing choir’s events, access, or music, contact that choir’s administrator. Read the privacy information to understand how the app handles the information you submit.
